What Is The Correct CBD Serving Size?

There is no absolute answer to this question, as there is no official CBD serving and the “one size fits all” method cannot be applied.  Our physiology constantly changes and so do the receptors in our Endocannabinoid System (ECS) so, it goes without saying, that your optimum CBD serving will also constantly change. • Once opened, the 30ml bottle should be used within 60 days. Preferably refrigerated or stored dry cool conditions.

A typical dropper holds 1 ml of liquid. To calculate how much CBD is in 1ml you would use the following formula:

• Total in bottle (mg of CBD) ÷ Number of milliliters in the bottle = mg / dropper.

e.g. If a 25ml bottle contains 1000mg CBD oil the formula would be 1000 ÷ 25 = 40mg of CBD per dropper.
