Using 2 x RELIEF DISC and 1 x ACTION DISC.
Place 1 x Relief on CV-6,  1 x Relief on SP-4 and 1 x Action on ST-36.

CV-6 Located two finger widths directly below the belly button
Place 1 x RELIEF DISC as shown on CV-6
Helps in relieving chronic diarrhea, constipation, and gas, as well as aids in strengthening the abdominal muscles.

SP-4
SP-4 Located on the arch of the foot, thumb width back from ball.
Place 1 x RELIEF DISC as shown on SP-4
Helps in relieving indigestion, diarrhea, stomachaches, and nausea.

ST-36
St-36 Located 4 fingers below the kneecap, on the outside of the leg
Place 1 x ACTION DISC on ST-36 shown here
Helps to strengthen the whole body, and toning the muscles, as well as aiding in digestion and the relief of stomach disorders.
